Ch. Heera Lal Memorial Educational & Cultural Society (HLMECS) was established in 2001 and started its first group of schools under the guidance of Shri Dharamvir Singh Chauhan. While his dream of having (HLMECS) recognised as ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the field of education was realized, this (HLMECS) gave new wings to his vision.
In 2007 he started Jeevan jyoti college of education (JJCE) and is providing holistic education to the students. In 2019 he started Jeevan Jyoti Pharmacy and Medical Science (JJPMS) with a vision to extract best output in terms of technicality and humanity in the field of pharmacy.
Jeevan jyoti pharmacy and medical science is established in 2019. The JJPMS is approved by Pharmacy Council of India, AICTE and affiliated to Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak and D.Pharmacy course is affiliated to HSBTE Panchkula. The institute offers 2 programs; D. Pharmacy, a 2 year course program and B. Pharmacy which is a 4 year course program. There are 60 seats in B. Pharmacy and 60 seats in D. Pharmacy in total respectively. Institute has best level facilities and amenities to fulfil today’s need in terms of practical knowledge; eg. Holistic non polluted environment, free Wi- Fi, Book bank etc.

The mission of the society is to contribute to the welfare of society by preparing well educated and skilled pharmacy professionals. To establish educational and human values in young brains by training them in holistic and Nobel environment of learning and implementation, to nurture students by collaboration with highly skilled professionals and leaders in the field of pharmacy.
